Standard Return Policy

* You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
* Only items that have been purchased directly from our website, can be returned to us. Serelum Exclusive products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
* Please ensure that the item returning is repackaged with all the documentation that were included when you received it.

There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:

1. I changed my mind
2. I do not want anymore
3. Colour differ from website
4. I do not like the design, I want to change another item

Unless, the item was already damaged or not in the best condition. And the changes can make it one time only.

How to return an item?

Ship your item back to Serelum Exclusive. All returned items are submitted for QC inspection and approval. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods reach us.

1. Must have the original receipt payment & the item must not be used or clean and should be exactly like new.
2. Inform us via email [serelumexclusive@gmail.com] with order ID & product details.
3. Visit your nearest courier hub and inform for return product shipment.
4. Allow 3-4 working days for product inspection & approval.
5. Our representative will contact you as soon as possible after the product has been approved for return & refund.

*We reserve the right not to accept returns and to return the merchandise to you if we receive inadequate conditions.
